We all have the same toolkit as credit professionals, learning how to use it effectively is the real trick.

Choosing the right tool for each job is important. There are many tools that do the same job but are better fits for different/specific jobs. Learning what tools a credit manager has is important to do their job as quickly and efficiently as possible. In this session, we will cover tools from Industry Credit Groups, Credit Reports, education, mentors, vendors, collections that are all readily available in the credit manager’s toolkit.

About the Speaker – Stephanie Johnson, CCE, CGA

Stephanie Johnson, CCE, CGA is Vice President for NACM Intermountain working with the education and designations of members. Steph is a former Director of Accounting which oversaw credit, AP, AR, and collections. Steph has a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Steph has a passion for educating credit professionals on how to do their jobs legally and ethically. As such, she is a certified instructor for NACM and teaches the Business Credit Principles and Financial Statement Analysis 1 classes. She has been a speaker at Credit Congress and other regional conferences.
