Shane Norman, CCE
Shane serves as a Senior Consultant at Handle (Notices, Liens, Waivers, Collections and Payments Platform & Service). Before that, he spent 20+ years as a Credit Manager in the construction equipment industry, so he truly understands the challenges you’re navigating every day. He holds his Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and attended NACM’s Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management held at Dartmouth where he also earned his CCE designation. Shane has been deeply involved in the credit community for years, serving in multiple leadership and board member roles across NACM affiliates and education organizations. He has also taught certification classes, business credit principles, credit law, financial statements, certification prep courses and mechanics lien processes at the local, regional and national levels. He’s also been recognized nationally, including receiving the CCE Designation of Excellence Award and the National Student of the Year Award at Credit Congress.
