About the speakers:
Mary Gormandy White, M.A., SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Mary Gormandy White, M.A., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is managing director of Inside Insights, Inc, a talent development and consulting firm focused on building better managers and workplaces. She is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, and keynote speaker at conferences and association meetings nationwide.
Mary holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Communication. Her certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner. Mary also serves on the faculty of Chattanooga State Community College, where she teaches in the Humanities division.
In addition to her teaching and speaking roles, she is a key developer and trainer of HR content and instructional materials, including the ‘Certificate Program For HR Generalists’, the ‘Certificate Program For Strategic HR Leadership’ and several HR certification exam prep classes (including those for the PHR/SPHR and aPHR exams) for which she regularly received “Excellent” ratings.
