Holiday Luncheon and Fundraiser Recap

The holiday lunch that ICEL puts together is always a fun time. In December, we had lunch at the Bicentennial Park in Sandy, Utah. Musical guest was Christian Madsen who played guitar and sang a wide range of holiday music for us.

For our fundraiser, the ICEL Committee decided to partner with the Utah Food Bank and set the goal to raise $500 for that organization. The Utah Food Bank, because of their resources, are able to turn $1 of monetary donations into $7.80 worth of goods and services for Utahns in need.

The ICEL members went above and beyond in collecting money, food, and other goods for the Food Bank. We delivered boxes full of food to the Food Bank and together, we collected $1,055 in funds to donate. That was, incredibly, 211% of our initial goal.

Our members really are the best. On behalf of the NACM staff and the ICEL Committee, we want to thank you for another great year together and for your outstanding generosity. We cannot wait to see what 2025 holds for all of us.
