In this session, we’ll review the art of negotiation – what it is – what it is not and some tips and tricks for successful negotiating to achieve the win-win outcome.

Diana holds a B.S. degree in Management. Along with her education, she has a strong background in accounts receivable, including credit management, collections, and deduction experience in a multitude of industries.
In addition to her operational experience, Diana has served as Corporate Trainer at IAB and was responsible for developing and instituting a new employee orientation session. Along with being a regular presenter at conferences, she has provided on-site training in a wide variety of subjects for clients and various trade groups, including NACM, CRF, and ICTF.
