NEXT Meeting-March 9, 2023
Developing and Maintaining High Performance Cultures
As an entrepreneur who started 12 companies (and sold eight), Jeanfreau knows the perils of starting and running a business; the financial pressure, the operational nightmares, and the ruthless competitors. Rather than parroting disingenuous platitudes, Jeanfreau is driven to provide essential information and applicable tools that get to the heart of the complicated issues companies face - and he has the experience and the vision to back it up.
Winthrop "Win” Jeanfreau, MBA, Founder, Chairman, CEO
Mr. Jeanfreau has extensive experience effectively guiding emerging and rapid growth companies. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Jeanfreau has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to identify opportunities, marshal appropriate resources and successfully grow new companies to maximum profit. Currently, Mr. Jeanfreau is the CEO of iMpact Utah. iMpact has served the Utah manufacturing community as a training partner for over 24 years. In that time, iMpact facilitated over $4.4 Billion dollars of impact measured by revenue growth and capital raised by the clients they serve.
Previously, Mr. Jeanfreau was the Director of Executive Education and Director of the Business Resource Center (BRC) at the Orem and Wasatch Campuses of Utah Valley University where he provided executive management training, coaching, and mentoring. Under Mr. Jeanfreau’s leadership, the Incubator companies housed at the BRC achieved record revenue growth and investment. Prior to joining UVU, Win was a successful serial entrepreneur who started and sold several profitable companies, including Aperion Audio, Shred-It Oregon/SW Washington, and Kameleon, among others.
Mr. Jeanfreau is a graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, a minor in Management, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Mr. Jeanfreau is rejuvenated by time with family, lazy days on any body of water, hiking, scuba diving, flying planes, mountain biking, and motorcycling.
