Business credit is a highly demanding - rapidly changing field

Recognizing the importance of quality credit management & professional development

NEXT Meeting-Thursday July 9, 2020

Pandemic Credit Management

- Can I still do credit the same old way?

- What has changed?

- How do I assess risk going forward

Covid-19 is not just a medical crisis, it is an economic and financial crisis. How will it impact credit and collections? The full impact and repercussions of the pandemic on the world, our country and its economy, our company and our customers are yet to be seen. We need to be vigilant in plotting our course going forward and finding the new norms as they become apparent.

Now is the time to reexamine your company’s strategic plan. Talk to management about what acceptable risks look like today - its likely different than a few months ago. How can credit and risk policies help your company achieve their new goals?
