SUMMARY:Seminar - Agreements with Jamie Utley
DESCRIPTION:In this highly experiential training Jamie Utley will teach you a simple system for clearing the negative energy when there is a broken agreement and loss of trust in the workplace. Participants will leave with Utley’s 5 step system for how to clear a broken agreement\, restore trust through positive accountability\, powerful problem solving\, and ultimately creating you and your team becoming impeccable with your word. \n\nKey Concepts Include:\nHow to rebuild trust\nTools for self-mastery\nHow to avoid negative accountability\nGetting out of the resistance cycle\nEffective leadership with both warmth and strength\nIdentifying root issues and how to solve them\nHow to make agreements you (and they) can keep\nAction items to implement real lasting change immediately\n\nMany resolution techniques focus on just the surface issue\, but once solved another “fire” inevitably breaks out because the core issue hasn’t been resolved\, causing the pattern to repeat and leaving managers feeling burned out. Utley believes that agreements live and die based on what happens when an agreement is broken. Participants will walk away with a clear system to resolve broken agreements in a such a powerful way that it creates more trust after the clearing process than they had before the agreement was broken. \nEmail steph@nacmint.com to register you and your team.
