DESCRIPTION:A note from DeDe Child a bout this presentation: \nI’m DeDe Child. I have worked on and off at Geneva Rock since 1994. Recently I moved from the Continuous Improvement Manager to Equipment Resource Manager at Geneva Rock. In my CI Manager role\, I focused on helping our teams and the company unlock their full potential\, fixing broken processes and putting them back together. — Finding ways to improve is what I love to do. Now\, I get to bring that same approach to a division that often doesn’t get much recognition\, creating a place where every team member knows they are valued\, their work matters\, and they are essential to how we operate. Through both roles\, I’ve seen firsthand the power of believing in people — how encouragement\, support\, and investment can unlock potential and make a real difference.
