Steven Vigil is a professor in the Department of Social Work at Weber State University and an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah. He has been associated with Primary Children's Hospital, McKay Dee Hopsital Behavioral Health and provides individual, group and family counseling

Monthly Meetings – Credit & career oriented meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 11:45, usually at the Red Lion Hotel, 161 West 600 South, Salt Lake City.

Scholarships – As a member of ICEL, after only one year’s membership, and with 80% attendance at the monthly meetings, you may submit a scholarship request for classes, educational conferences, and/or professional designation exam fees.
